- At the time of sale, we price match all local authorized retail competitors in Iowa. The competitor store must be an authorized retailer, that sells factory-sealed product with a warranty and is located in the same market area (within a 25-mile radius) of your local Central Iowa Vapors.
- If we lower our in-store price during the return and exchange period, we will match our lower price.
- Our Price Match Program covers new items (excludes clearance and open-box items).
- We price match one (1) per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers.
- Customers must have a valid customer account including name, phone number and email and a valid driver’s license to take advantage of our Price Match Program.
Our Price Match Program does not cover:
- Online prices of retailers and out of state retailers.
- Competitor offers including pre-order offers, layaway, liquidation offers, trade-in offers, items denoted as Black Friday pricing and special daily or hourly sales.
- Price match requests after a sale is completed.
- Any bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock items, clearance items, open-box items, gift card offers, items included in gift card offers, and items for sale the Sunday before Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving, whether offered by us or a competitor.

When making a purchase, please talk to a Sales Associate for help with your price match request. Please tell us about the lower price that is still in effect that you want our retail store to price match. We will then review and verify the price match request.

Central Iowa Vapors does not offer price matching on the website. We only price match in store purchases from a local authorized retail competitor. How do I show "proof" of price?
The best way to show proof of price is to bring in the competitor’s current ad or notify us of designated authorized retailer. We will call the competitor’s retail store to verify the lower price and availability of the item.
Do you match the price if it results in a price being below your cost on a product?
Yes. So long as the price match requested is on an identical immediately available product and all other price match criteria are met.
How does your price match policy apply to purchases made using Store Pickup?
If you purchase a new item at iowaecigs.com with an in-store pickup, and if the item is offered at a lower price in the store when you pick it up, you may request a price match.
What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?
Sometimes an authorized competitor will advertise a product in ads and on its website as having limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has advertised as limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching. Likewise, if we have a product that is advertised as being limited in quantity it will not be eligible for price matching.
Do you price match "free gift with purchase" offers?
No. We do not price match “free gift with purchase” offers.
Do you match competitors’ trade-in value and offers on trade-in products?
No. We do not match our competitors’ trade-in value and offers on trade-in products. Central Iowa Vapors does not accept trade-in products.
How does the Price Match Program apply to coupons?
We do not match competitors’ coupons. Also, customers can either use a coupon or price match to a lower price, but not both. We do not allow a coupon to be used on a product that has a price match.
How does the Price Match Guarantee apply to sales tax?
We match the pre-tax price. We do not take sales tax into consideration for price match purposes. We will not override sales tax to match a competitor’s price.
Do you match prices for liquidation or going out of business sales?
No. Items in a liquidation or going out of business sale are clearance items. Clearance items are excluded from the Price Match Program.
